Asking your doctor for a specialist referral is like asking your Ford dealer who has only cars on his lot to give you the name and number of a Toyota dealer who has trucks in stock.
Not only do you want the dealer's name and number but you'd like them to fill out reams of paperwork and schedule an appointment for you.
From the Ford dealer's point of view you may want or need a truck but he doesn't make any money unless he continues to sell you cars.
