We have the Naked Chef so why not a Blind Chef? At age 43 Ray Toelkes lost his sight due to neglecting his diabetes. After leaving his job as a master woodworker he decided to pursue his love for cooking. Ray now has a thriving catering business 'My Chef Ray' in Costa Mesa, California.
Perhaps Ray will get a chance to duel in Chairman Kaga's Kitchen Stadium over at Iron Chef.

Hi Mumpy, That blind chef sounds a great bloke doing stuff at work, I wish society would accept that us disabled types have something to give in this world, but luckily the DDA and the Disability Rights Commission do a brilliant job educating people's minds to that sort of thing(not forgetting the charity I work for either!)
Love your gimpy store, How cool and funny, wish I could get something but the prices are all American, and I don't have a credit card. Go on my blog to discover my email address and I will send you my home address that way if you want to send me Crip World Domination postcards or something!
