This picture made me cry. This story made me angry. I am glad that this man was rescued by emergency workers, but they had to go against FEMA orders to do so. How many other survivors are being left for dead due to the FEMA order that buildings cannot be broken into unless someone calls for help? How the hell do they expect someone over a week after the hurricane to yell for freaking help?? FEMA and our other federal government agencies continue to boggle the mind. The workers in this article may have celebrated with pizza that night for saving this man, but what kinds of repremands lay in store for them tomorrow?
