Soundbike was developed by Jessica Thompson at Glowlab.
"SOUNDBIKE is a portable sound piece that uses motion-based mini-generators mounted to an ordinary bicycle to broadcast the sound of laughter as the bike moves through the urban environment. The laughter is generated by playing sequences of short source clips that respond to the bike’s velocity."
Wouldn't this be great attached to wheelchairs? As you go faster the laughter becomes faster and faster! How fun is that? Have fun bombing down the street, or the hallways at work, having fun and freaking out innocent bystanders! Now that would be some cool Crip Gear.
Much cheaper to staple a small child to the side of your chair and tickle the feet

Hahaha! Just the thought of any vehicle with devices attached to the wheels to create the the sound of laughter gets me, lol. what a weird experience that would be.
Beats the sound of crying, or worse, screeming. Ooooh, imagine that! *screws up face*. Music would be cool though.

Is it possible that someone makes a smaller version of this. I think that one is installed on my bike because I hear laughter whenever I go riding. Of course, with my co-ordination .......
